Day 1

Welcome to the 21 day Advanced Qi Gong we'll be supporting your healthy movement, healing, strength and joint mobility - regardless of your age and fitness level? So many people today believe that aging or injury means to physically decline, so they kind of just give up. And trust me, I know as much as anyone how it feels to be less mobile than one would like.

Two years ago I had a debilitating head and neck injury that left me in chronic pain. I'm sure that practicing qi gong has enabled me to gain my health back and these particular exercises have completely eliminated the pain.

These are advanced techniques because today's climate and pandemic demand that everyone do the maximum right now to improve your health and build your body's immune system from the inside out. Qi gong and moving meditation does that.

Each workout builds on one another to strengthen and open your body in different yet complementary ways. By the end, you'll have built total body stamina, cleansing, balance and flexibility!
