Qi Gong is all about breath work, effortless power and effortless strength.
Getting to that point where you can tap into it in your own body, and listen and learn from your own body, that can take time

Your awareness of everything that is happening inside and awareness of everything that is happening around you.

Your muscles are solely for movement. Your bones hold you up and they are infinitely stronger than your muscles, so we're going to align the body so that your bones do more of the work.


Practice turning off all the muscles in your body that aren't moving right now and don't need to be turned on.
