Thankyou.. sleep is the secret to survival… so true. Just confirmed… my thoughts..is anxiety the cause of sleep disorders.. or is the sleep the cause of anxiety..i think I can handle most things with good sleep…including anxiety etc..I meditate for hours to try to sleep.. and if I have restless night… 3 hours of meditation.. does not help me through the day..
Meditation is a tool. changing your behaviour to focus on getting sleep first and foremost would be a great place to start. Also, do you have a kick ass exercise routine in the morning?
my life is a kick ass exercise..lol thankyou I am hypoactive regardless of sleep…but I will look towards a change in routine, I have also just been given some oils. timing of this post is timely for me <3
