Easy Peasy Moving Meditation for Health & Power

Qi Gong is an ancient internal martial art that has been used for thousands of years.

I call it the precursor to yoga.

Many ancient Daoists, Buddhists and Confucian practicitioners used these secret techniques to stay healthy and attain a higher consciousness.

In this six week introductory program we’ll be exploring Qi Gong breath work for both healing and strength.

While this might sound contradictory, when you think about it, we realise that when we’re sick, we often use words like weak, tired, no energy.

Qi gong changes all of the that.  We learn how to harness energy so that we can gather more energy, release stagnant energy and create a space where energy flows on a quantum level throughout the body and all of our awareness which encompasses all that is.

By the end of the 6 week program you will know how to:

  • Stop giving away all of your energy to everyone else
  • Breath more fully and deeply than ever before
  • Recognize which energy is yours and yours alone so that you don’t take on other people’s energy
  • Feel more relaxed and calm no what is happening around you
  • Immediately shift your own energy to hold onto your strength and power
  • Create a deep place of relaxation in the body so that the body can naturally heal itself
