Smudging with sage has been a tradition with Native Americans for millenia.

Today, it’s quite common to use it to cleanse and clear any space with negative energies.

How to Clear Your Space by Smudging

First you need to set the intention for what you want to see happen.  Imaging all the energy flowing smoothly and openly with love is usually a good start.

Light the end of the smudge stick (wrapped up dried sage) and allow it to catch slightly, after a few seconds blow out of tamp out any flames and allow the smoke to continue to burn.

I usually start in the centre of the room and work my way out to all 4 corners swirling the sage smoke and invoking positive flow of love and light through the space.
