Quick update on my fasting this week. I was able to make it through last night without eating chewing my arm off but it was very challenging this morning. It was a really rough call this morning.
I was lightheaded dizzy and having an extremely difficult time concentrating.
I finally decided to make a protein smoothie which wasn’t part of the original program but it was liquid so about that and I will continue to add those as needed to help me get through until. tomorrow night.
I’m really feeling like I’d rather quit right now but we ll see…

Made it through the 5 days and actually lost 7 pounds! 2 glorious days of carb loading then i will try again for another 5 days.
After years of fasting with Andi..stay super hydrated..lots of light teas Broths…as the children learn the fasting ritual in Bandung Sundanese…they only do 48hrs at a time..have a chat with Andi Sherryn Mara…3am..till 6pm for a month..is better than 4 days of toxic release and shock..hope your resting really really resting…muah love Shenn <3 <3 <3 ..by week three..the brain fog would hit hard for those not hydrating..oversea's darlin...just a heads up..said with love.. <3
Great suggestions Jen I have been hydrating but may of missed a bit well I was working yesterday morning. And then doing a full detox program to help eliminate doing lots of resting but I love that idea of the 6 PM
