This is the product I am testing at the moment, but I only have anecdotal evidence.  For me, the main reason I'm experimenting with this is for anti inflammatory properties and potential increase joint health.

And I chose the collagen peptides type because they are easily digestible and quickly absorbed by the body.  The peptides are one step further than hydrolyzed collagen and broken down into small amino acid peptides. I add it to my smoothie or my coffee each day.  So far, I've only been experimenting for 2 weeks but I can definitely feel an improvement in my knees, so that's a plus.  But it could be from something else. Who knows?
